Sub-Committee B has been holding this item under scrutiny since 24 April 2006. In a letter dated 15 June 2006,[33] we requested an update on negotiations and answers to questions posed in an earlier letter, dated 4 May 2006, as soon as they were available. A response was received from the Duty Minister, dated 23 August 2006, stating that the Committee would be kept up-to-date with developments in this area and that it was not yet possible to answer the Committee's questions. We would appreciate an update on any developments as well as answers to the questions posed on 4 May 2006.
