MP, Minister of State for Competitiveness, Department for Business,
Enterprise and Regulatory Reform
Thank you for your Explanatory Memoranda covering
the various proposals put forward by the Commission on the regulatory
framework for electronic communications. Sub-Committee B considered
these documents at its meeting of 14 January. The Committee agreed
to hold these documents under scrutiny as negotiations progress.
The Committee would, therefore, appreciate further
updates from the Minister in due course.
