I am Liz Parkes and I am Head of Waste at the Environment Agency; to my right is Tricia Henton, who is Director of Environment Protection at the Environment Agency; and to my left is Malcolm Fergusson, who is a Senior Fellow from the Institute for European Environmental Policy.
