12. Emergency Workers (Obstruction) BillA bill to make it an offence to obstruct or hinder persons who provide emergency services; and for connected purposes was brought from the Commons, read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 142).

It was moved by the Lord Drayson that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 5th June be approved en bloc; the motion was agreed to.
15. Procedure of the HouseIt was moved by the Chairman of the Committees that the 5th Report from the Select Committee be agreed to; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
16. International Development (Reporting and Transparency) BillThe order of commitment was discharged.
17. Piped Music and Showing of Television Programmes Bill [HL]The bill was read a third time and passed and sent to the Commons.
18. Commons Bill [HL]The Commons amendments were considered; an amendment to a Commons amendment was moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; then the Commons amendment was agreed to; the remaining Commons amendments were agreed to.
1. 19. Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) (No. 3) BillIt was moved by the Lord McKenzie of Luton that the bill be now read a second time; the motion was agreed to and the Committee was negatived; then, Standing Order 47 having been dispensed with, the bill was read a third time and passed.

23. Northern Ireland: integrated schoolsThe Baroness Blood asked Her Majestys Government what steps they will take to develop more integrated schools in Northern Ireland and to encourage the transformation of existing schools to integrated schools; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord Rooker.
