5. HBOS Group Reorganisation BillThe bill was brought from the Commons, read a first time and referred to the Examiners.

6. Government of Wales BillThe House resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; amendments were agreed to; an amendment was agreed to (see division list); the House was resumed.
7. Deepcut BarracksThe Lord Ashley of Stoke asked Her Majestys Government what action they propose to take about the deaths of soldiers at Deepcut Barracks in light of the report by Mr Nicholas Blake QC; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord Drayson.
The House was adjourned during pleasure.The House was resumed.
8. Government of Wales BillThe House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; an amendment was agreed to; the House was resumed after clause 32 stood part.
