It was moved by the Lord Hunt of Kings Heath that the draft Regulations and Orders laid before the House on 18th January, 25th January and 8th February be approved en bloc; the motion was agreed to.
14. Social Security (Contributions) (Re-rating and National Insurance Funds Payments) Order 2006It was moved by the Lord McKenzie of Luton that the draft Order laid before the House on 25th January be approved; the motion was agreed to.
15. Compensation Bill [HL]The report was received; amendments were agreed to; amendments were disagreed to (see division lists 1 and 3); an amendment was agreed to (see division list 2); amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; it was ordered that the bill be printed as amended. Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies Regulations 2006It was moved by the Countess of Mar that an Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Regulations, laid before the House on 20th January, be annulled (S.I. 2006/68); after debate, the motion was (by leave of the House) withdrawn.
