9. European Union (Implications of Withdrawal) Bill [HL]A bill to establish a Committee of Inquiry into the implications of a withdrawal by the United Kingdom from the European Union was presented by the Lord Pearson of Rannoch, read a first time and ordered to be printed. (HL Bill 44)
10. Terrorism BillIt was moved by the Lord Grocott, on behalf of the Baroness Scotland of Asthal, that the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole House; the motion was agreed to.
11. Harbours Bill [HL]The order of commitment was discharged.
12. Road Safety Bill [HL]The report was received; amendments were agreed to (see division lists 1 and 3); amendments were moved and (by leave of the House) withdrawn; amendments were disagreed to (see division lists 2, 4 and 5); amendments were agreed to; further consideration on report was adjourned.
13. Financial Assistance Scheme (Modifications and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2005It was moved by the Lord Hunt of Kings Heath that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 26th October be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.

16. Farm Woodland Premium Schemes (Amendment) (England) Scheme 2005It was moved by the Baroness Farrington of Ribbleton, on behalf of the Lord Bach, that the draft Scheme laid before the House on 2nd November be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
