Armas (Appellant) and others (Criminal Appeal from Her Majestys High Court of Justice)It was moved by the Lord Bingham of Cornhill, That the 24th Report from the Appellate Committee be agreed to; the motion was agreed to. It was ordered and adjudged that the Order of the High Court of Justice Queens Bench Division Divisional Court of 20th August 2004 be affirmed and the matter remitted to Deputy Senior District Judge Wickham for her to continue the hearing.
