Lord Rees of LudlowSir Martin John Rees, Knight, having been created Baron Rees of Ludlow, of Ludlow in the County of Shropshire, for life by Letters Patent dated 6th September 2005, was introduced between the Lord Eatwell and the Lord Bragg, the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod and Garter King of Arms preceding; and took and subscribed the oath pursuant to statute.

10. Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) (Amendment No. 4) 2005It was moved by the Baroness Ashton of Upholland that the Rules laid before the House on 27th June be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
