Financial Statement and Budget Report 2004It was moved by the Lord McIntosh of Haringey that this House takes note with approval of Her Majestys Governments assessment as set out in Budget 2004 for the purposes of section 5 of the European Communities (Amendment) Act 1993; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
4. Companies (Fees) Regulations 2004It was moved by the Lord Triesman that the Regulations laid before the House on 11th October be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
