2. Constitution for Europe (Referendum) Bill [HL]It was moved by the Lord Blackwell that the bill be now read a second time; after debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
3. Penalties for Disorderly Behaviour (Amendment of Minimum Age) Order 2004It was moved by the Baroness Scotland of Asthal that the draft Order laid before the House on 14th July be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
4. Dictionary of National BiographyThe Lord Baker of Dorking asked Her Majestys Government what plans they have to mark the publication of the new Oxford Dictionary of National Biography as a record of those men and women who have shaped Britains past; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord McIntosh of Haringey.
