1. Regina v. Knights and another (Petitioners)The petition of Richard Knights and Kevin Maguire, praying for an extension of time within which the petition may be lodged and for leave to appeal in accordance with the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
2. Appeal CommitteeThe 18th Report was made; the Appeal Committee reported that they had met and had heard Counsel; the report was agreed to and the following Order was made
OBrien (Respondent) v. Chief Constable of South Wales Police (Petitioner)That leave to appeal be given; and that the petition of appeal be lodged by 26th February next.
3. Appeal CommitteeThe 19th Report from the Appeal Committee was agreed to and the following Order was made

11. OathRobert Lionel Archibald Lord Goff of Chieveley took and subscribed the oath pursuant to statute.
