Ashworth Hospital Authority (now Mersey Care National Health Service Trust) (Appellants) ex parte Munjaz (FC) (Respondent) (England)The appeal of Mersey Care National Health Service Trust was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 17th March next.
2. Quintavalle (on behalf of Comment on Reproductive Ethics) (Appellant) v. Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (Respondents) (England)The appeal of Josephine Quintavalle was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 17th March next.

9. AD (by her mother and litigation friend) (Petitioner) v. East Kent Community NHS Trust (Respondents)Upon application by the petitioner (the agents for the respondents consenting thereto), it was ordered that the petition be withdrawn and that there be no order as to costs.

17. Hutton InquiryIt was moved by the Lord Falconer of Thoroton that this House takes note of the Report of the Inquiry by the Lord Hutton into the circumstances surrounding the death of Dr David Kelly; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
