1. Revised Code of Practice of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority, laid under the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990;
2. Reports and Accounts for 2002-03 of the following Education Action Zones, together with the Reports of the Comptroller and Auditor General;
(iii) Kingston-upon-Hull
laid under the School Standards and Framework Act 1998.
Public Business
2. Planning and Compulsory Purchase BillIt was moved by the Lord Rooker that the bill be now read a second time; after debate, the motion was agreed to and the bill was committed to a Committee of the Whole House.
3. Fishery Limits (United Kingdom) Bill [HL]The order of commitment was discharged.
The House was adjourned at twenty-six minutes past eight oclock
till tomorrow, half-past two oclock.
