Constitutional Reform Bill [HL] The Queen's
consent was signified; then it was moved by the Lord Falconer
of Thoroton that the bill be now read a second time; after debate,
the motion was agreed to; then it was moved by the Lord Falconer
of Thoroton that the bill be committed to a Committee of the Whole
House; then it was moved by the Lord Lloyd of Berwick, as an amendment
thereto, to leave out "Committee of the Whole House"
and insert "Select Committee"; the amendment was agreed
to (see division list); then the original motion, as amended,
was agreed to.

at 5 o'clock;
