16. Access to the Countryside (Exclusions and Restrictions) (England) Regulations 2003It was moved by the Earl Peel that an Humble Address be presented to Her Majesty praying that the Order, laid before the House on 24th October, be annulled (S.I. 2003/2713); after debate, the motion was (by leave of the House) withdrawn.
