3. Accounts for 2002 of the Crown Agents Holding and Realisation Board, laid under the Crown Agents Act 1979, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General;
4. Accounts for 2002-03 of the Marshall Aid Commemoration Commission, laid under the Marshall Aid Commemoration Act 1953, together with the Report of the Comptroller and Auditor General;
5. Thirteenth Report on the Development of Services for People with a Mental Illness in England, laid under the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986.

3. Fireworks Bill—The bill was read a third time and passed.
4. Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Bill [HL]—The House resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; an amendment was disagreed to (see division list 1); an amendment was agreed to (see division list 2); amendments were agreed to; the House was resumed and the bill was reported with amendments; it was ordered that the bill be printed as amended. (HL Bill 105)
The House was adjourned during pleasure.

5. Criminal Justice Bill—The House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; amendments were agreed to (see division lists 3 to 5); an amendment was agreed to; the question that a clause stand part was agreed to (see division list 6); the House was resumed.
6. Northern Ireland Act 2000 (Modification) (No. 2) Order 2003—It was moved by the Lord President (Lord Williams of Mostyn) that the draft Order laid before the House on 3rd July be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
7. Partnerships etc. (Removal of Twenty Member Limit) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003—It was moved by the Lord President (Lord Williams of Mostyn) that the draft Order laid before the House on 7th July be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
8. Northern Ireland (Monitoring Commission etc.) Bill [HL]—Standing Order 47 having been dispensed with, the report was received; the bill was read a third time; a privilege amendment was agreed to; the bill was passed and sent to the Commons.
The House was adjourned during pleasure.

9. Criminal Justice Bill—The House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed after amendment 142.
