1. Motorola Credit Corporation (Respondents) v. Uzan and others (Petitioners)—The petition of Cem Cengiz Uzan, Kemal Uzan, Murat Hakan Uzan and Aysegul Akay praying for an extension of time within which the petition may be lodged and for leave to appeal in accordance with section 13(4) of the Administration of Justice Act 1960 (Appeal in cases of contempt of court) was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
