Judicial Business
1. Gregg (FC) (Appellant) v. Scott (Respondent) (England)—The appeal of Malcolm Gregg was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 5th March next. The appellant’s certificate of public funding was lodged.
2. In re O and N (minors) (FC)—It was ordered that the appeal of Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council be dismissed in accordance with Standing Order V, the said appellants having failed to give security for costs by 20th January.
