Baroness Finlay of Llandaff: I am grateful for those comments. Again, I accept that the wording could be
improved. I am most grateful to the noble Baroness, Lady Andrews, for her very helpful clarification of the meaning and for restating that the clause underlines established clinical good practice. That was the intention behind the amendment so as to avoid confusion. I wish to take the matter away and consider the comments that have been made. I therefore beg leave to withdraw the amendment.Amendment, by leave, withdrawn.
Clause 2 agreed to.House resumed: Bill reported with amendments.
