18. Education Bill—The House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; amendments were agreed to; an amendment was agreed to (see division list 1); an amendment was disagreed to (see division list 2); the House was resumed.
19. Dental Auxiliaries (Amendment) Regulations 2002—It was moved by the Lord Filkin that the draft Regulations laid before the House on 25th April be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
20. Dentists Act 1984 (Dental Auxiliaries) Order 2002—It was moved by the Lord Filkin that the draft Order laid before the House on 30th April be approved; the motion was agreed to.
21. Deregulation (Correction of Birth and Death Entries in Registers or Other Records) Order 2002—It was moved by the Lord McIntosh of Haringey that the draft Deregulation Order laid before the House on 11th March be approved; after debate, the motion was agreed to.
