2. Rees (Respondent) v. Darlington Memorial Hospital NHS Trust (Petitioners)The petition of Darlington Memorial Hospital NHS Trust praying for leave to appeal notwithstanding that the time limited by Standing Order II has expired was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
