Marine Wildlife Conservation BillA bill to amend the law relating to nature conservation and the protection of wildlife in respect of the marine environment; to provide enforcement powers for marine wildlife conservation purposes to competent marine authorities; and for connected purposes was brought from the Commons, read a first time and ordered to be printed. 16. Consolidated Fund (No. 2) BillThe bill was read a third time and passed.

National Health Service Reform and Health Care Professions BillThe House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed for statements; the House again resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed.
18. Northern Ireland Human Rights CommissionThe Lord Laird asked Her Majestys Government whether they are satisfied with the activities of the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission; after debate, the question was answered by the Lord Privy Seal (Lord Williams of Mostyn).
