1. Marcic (Respondent) v. Thames Water Utilities Limited (Petitioners)The petition of Thames Water Utilities Limited praying for leave to appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
2. Regina v. Wood (Petitioner)The petition of Paul Clayton Wood praying for leave to appeal in accordance with the Criminal Appeal Act 1968 was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee (lodged 26th February).
3. In re Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission (Appellants) (Northern Ireland)The petition of Her Majestys Secretary of State for Northern Ireland praying for leave to intervene in the said appeal was presented and referred to an Appeal Committee.
4. Fairchild (suing on her own behalf and on behalf of the estate of and dependants of Arthur Eric Fairchild (deceased)) (Appellant) v. Glenhaven Funeral Services Limited and others (Respondents)It was ordered that the appellant be allowed to prosecute the appeal without giving the usual security for costs as required by Standing Order (lodged 1st March).
5. Regina v. Central Valuation Officer and another (Respondent) ex parte Edison First Power Limited (Appellants)It was ordered that the appellants be allowed to prosecute the appeal without giving the usual security for costs as required by Standing Order.
