1. Regina v. Shayler (Appellant) (On Appeal from the Court of Appeal (Criminal Division))Upon report from the Appellate Committee, it was ordered (pursuant to section 37(5) of the Criminal Procedure Act 1996) that section 37(1) of that Act shall not, unless otherwise ordered, apply to the hearing of the appeal before the Committee.
2. Malekshad (Respondent) v. Howard de Walden Estates Limited (Appellants) (England)The appeal of Howard de Walden Estates Limited was presented and it was ordered that in accordance with Standing Order VI the statement and appendix thereto be lodged on or before 18th March next.
3. Odyssey RE (London) Limited and others (Respondents) v. OIC Run-off Limited (formerly The Orion Insurance Company plc) (Appellants)The petition of the appellants was presented praying that the appeal be withdrawn on the terms agreed between the parties (the agents for the respondents consenting thereto); and it was ordered as prayed.

11. Business of the HouseIt was moved by the Lord Privy Seal (Lord Williams of Mostyn) that leave be given to the Lord Privy Seal to advance the Committee stage of the Electoral Fraud (Northern Ireland) Bill from Thursday 7th February to this day; the motion was agreed to.
12. Football (Disorder) (Amendment) BillThe report was received.
13. Northern Ireland Arms Decommissioning (Amendment) BillThe House resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed and the bill was reported without amendment.
14. Electoral Fraud (Northern Ireland) BillThe House resolved itself into a Committee upon the bill; amendments were moved and (by leave of the Committee) withdrawn; the House was resumed and the bill was reported without amendment.
