| | 7. In Schedule 2 to the Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967 (departments etc subject to investigation) for "English Tourist Board" substitute "English Tourism Council".

| | 8. In Part III of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices) for "the English Tourist Board" substitute "the English Tourism Council".

The Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980 |
| | 9. - (1) Amend the Overseas Development and Co-operation Act 1980 as follows.

(2) In section 2(3)(a) (meaning of "appropriate consent") for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute-

(ii) by the English Tourism Council;.
|
| |
(3) In Part I of Schedule 1 (statutory bodies with powers to enter into agreements under section 2(1)(a) of the Act) for "The English Tourist Board" substitute "The English Tourism Council".

The Greater London Authority Act 1999 |
| | 10. - (1) Amend Chapter I of Part X of the Greater London Authority Act 1999 (which makes provision relating to tourism etc in Greater London) as follows.

(2) In section 378(11) (meaning of "Tourist Board") for paragraph (b) substitute-
|

(b) the English Tourism Council;. |
| |
(3) In section 379 (duty of the Greater London Authority to advise certain persons about matters relating to tourism)-

(a) for paragraph (c) substitute- |
| |
(c) the English Tourism Council,, and |
| |
(b) in the words following that paragraph, for "Board" substitute "Council". |

| | 11. In Part VI of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (bodies etc in respect of which there is a general right to access to information held) for "The English Tourist Board" substitute "The English Tourism Council".
