Criminal Justice (Mode of Trial) Bill [H.L.] - continued        House of Lords

Commencement.     3. The preceding provisions of this Act shall come into force in accordance with provision made by the Secretary of State by order made by statutory instrument.
 
Extent.     4. This Act shall extend to England and Wales only.
 
Short title.     5. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Mode of Trial) Act 2000.
