    (1) the imposition of charges in respect of the cost of adjudications of appeals relating to vehicle immobilisation and release; and

    (2) the payment of sums into the Consolidated Fund.—(Mr Stephen Timms.)

5 Corporation Tax (Re-Committed) Bill

    Order read for the House to resolve itself into a Committee on the Corporation Tax Bill, as amended in the Joint Committee.
