2    Sixth Delegated Legislation Committee,—Robert Key reported from the Sixth Delegated Legislation Committee the draft Social Security (Lone Parents and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008.

    Minutes of Proceedings of the Committee to lie upon the Table.

3    Message from the Lords,—A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:

    The Lords agree to the Amendments made by this House to the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Bill [Lords], without Amendment.

4    Businesses and the Regions (Topical Debate),—Resolved, That this House has considered the matter of businesses and the regions.—(Mr Pat McFadden.)

5    Defence Policy,—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House has considered the matter of defence policy—(Mr Secretary Hutton);

    And it being Six o'clock, the Motion lapsed without Question put.

6    Adjournment.

    Subject: Mole Valley constituency and the South East Plan (Sir Paul Beresford).

    Resolved, That this House do now adjourn.—(Chris Mole.)
