10    Fifth Delegated Legislation Committee,—Mr Eric Martlew reported from the Fifth Delegated Legislation Committee the draft Fixed-term Employees (Prevention of Less Favourable Treatment) (Amendment) Regulations 2008.

11    Message from the Lords,—A Message was brought from the Lords, as follows:

    The Lords have agreed to the Consolidated Fund (Appropriation) (No. 3) Bill, without Amendment.

12    Energy Providers (Topical Debate),—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House has considered the matter of energy providers—(Mr Mike O'Brien);

13    Royal Assent,—The Deputy Speaker notified the House, in accordance with the Royal Assent Act 1967, That Her Majesty had signified her Royal Assent to the following Acts, agreed upon by both Houses:

      Appropriation (No. 3) Act 2008

      Health and Safety (Offences) Act 2008.

14    Energy Providers (Topical Debate),—The Question being again proposed, That this House has considered the matter of energy providers;

    And it being one and a half hours after the commencement of proceedings, the Motion lapsed, pursuant to Temporary Standing Order (Topical Debates).

15    Access to Primary Care,—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House has considered the matter of access to primary care—(Mr Ben Bradshaw);

    And it being Six o'clock, the Motion lapsed without Question put.

16    Adjournment.
