    Crossrail Bill,—The Lords have agreed to the Crossrail Bill with Amendments to which they desire the concurrence of this House.

2    Crossrail Bill,—Lords Amendments to the Crossrail Bill to be printed [Bill 145].

    Ordered, That the Explanatory Notes relating to the Lords Amendments to the Crossrail Bill be printed [Bill 145-EN].

3    Theft from Shops (Penalties),—Ordered, That leave be given to bring in a Bill to exclude the offence of theft from retail and commercial premises from the provisions of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 relating to fixed penalty notices; and for connected purposes: And that Miss Anne McIntosh, Mr Roger Gale, Mr Frank Field, Lady Hermon, Mr Mike Hancock, Patrick Mercer, Mr Brian Binley, Bob Russell, Kate Hoey, Kelvin Hopkins, Mr Shailesh Vara do prepare and bring it in.

4    Theft from Shops (Penalties) Bill,—Miss Anne McIntosh accordingly presented a Bill to exclude the offence of theft from retail and commercial premises from the provisions of the Criminal Justice and Police Act 2001 relating to fixed penalty notices; and for connected purposes: And the same was read the first time; and ordered to be read a second time on Friday 17th October and to be printed [Bill 144].

5    Adjournment (Matters to be considered before the forthcoming Adjournment),—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House do now adjourn—(Ms Diana R. Johnson);

    And it being Six o'clock, the Motion for the adjournment of the House lapsed, without Question put, pursuant to Order [8th July].

6    Crossrail Bill,—The Deputy Speaker notified the House that a Message had been received from the Lords, as follows:

    were presented and read.
