4    Leeds City Council Bill,—The Order of the day being read for the Second Reading of the Leeds City Council Bill;

8    Reading Borough Council Bill,—The Order of the day being read for the Second Reading of the Reading Borough Council Bill;

    Ordered, That the Bill be read a second time on Thursday 1st May.

9    Supermarkets (Topical Debate),—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House has considered the matter of supermarkets—(Joan Ruddock);

    And it being one and half hours after the commencement of proceedings, the Motion lapsed without Question put, pursuant to Temporary Standing Order (Topical debates).

10    Points-based Immigration System,—A Motion was made, and the Question being proposed, That this House has considered the matter of a points-based immigration system—(Mr Liam Byrne);

    And it being Six o'clock, the Motion lapsed without Question put.

11    Public Petition,—A Public Petition from residents of Irchester ward and surrounding area relating to anti-social behaviour (Northamptonshire) was presented and read.

12    Adjournment.
