Law], proposed by the Chairman, brought up and read.
Ordered, That the Chairman's
draft Report be read a second time, paragraph by paragraph.
Paragraphs 1 and 2 read and agreed to.
A Paper was ordered to be appended to the Report.
Resolved, That the Report
and Appendix be the Eighth Report of the Committee to the House.
Ordered, That the Chairman
do make the Report to the House.
