1. I believe that users / consumers / clients should have access if required to an advocacy service. The current Bill does not make this provision.

2. The Mental Health Bill states rightly in my opinion that users / consumers / clients may name in effect their "next of kin", not necessarily their father, Mother, brother or sister. I welcome this development.
