Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill

Dear members of the Committee, I am writing to express the concern I have about the proposed amendment to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Bill, which would make it a criminal offence to incite hatred on the grounds of sexuality. As a devout christian, I do believe that we should love all men, even those who hate us, the Lord jesus told us so in his word the holy bible, but I do feel that the introduction of this proposed law, will violate my religious beliefs, and my freedom of speech,

Is it not true that all people are already protected under the current criminal law, so why introduce another law that will take away our freedom of speech,

As a born again bible believing christian, I have no hatred toward homosexuals or any other persons,

But I do feel strongly about this issue, I believe sexual intercourse should be kept within a marriage relationship, between one man and one woman,

I am writing to you and asking that you would consider the consequences this amendment would have on family values, and the future of this nation of ours,

It was this lifestyle of homosexuality  that caused God, the father of our Lord Jesus Christ, to destroy cities such as Sodom and Gomorra, I do hope and pray you will think hard on this amendment.
