NORTHERN IRELAND     Mr Secretary Hain     That the Committee has considered the draft Budget (No. 2) (Northern Ireland) Order 2005. Debate may continue for two and a half hours (Standing Order No. 115(2)). 2   ADJOURNMENT     On the Motion for the adjournment of the Committee under Standing Order No. 116(5) Mr Peter Robinson proposes to raise the subject of the appointment of members to the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission. Debate may continue for half an hour (Standing Order No. 116(5)).
