The International Development Committee reported to the House on The Humanitarian Crisis in Southern Africa in its Third Report of Session 200203, published on 11 March 2003 as HC 116. The Government Response to that Report was received on 30 April 2003 in the form of a memorandum to the Committee. It is reproduced as an Appendix to this Special Report.
