The Committee deliberated.
Draft Special Report (Annual Report of the work
of the Committee to the Liaison Committee), proposed by the Chairman,
brought up and read the first and second time.
Resolved, That the
Report be the First Special Report of the Committee to the House.—(The
Chairman.)
Ordered, That the
Chairman do make the Special Report to the House.
Ordered, That the
Memorandum submitted by the Department of the Environment, Transport
and the Regions be appended to the Report.—(The Chairman.)
