causes and barriers to progress.
We will focus on issues related to achieving
parity of outcomes for ethnic minorities, participation and progression

model (development of sector employer groups; identification of
sector specific intermediaries and the development of pre-and
post employment support in the Gateway and Options)
We will establish sector-specific Task Groups
to take forward this work. In addition to the financial services
sector we wish to work with the IT, entertainment, hospitality,
retail and public sector sectors.
