1. There have been 37 occasions on which substantive
business has been taken after 10.00 pm.
2. On 2 of those occasions, the Official Opposition
has requested time for consideration of Statutory Instruments
(one request jointly with the Liberal Democrats) (see analysis
above).
3. On 1 occasion, the House has considered House
of Commons matters (see analysis above).
4. On 34 of those occasions, substantive Government
