As vice chairman of the National Beef Association
TB Committee I am writing to fully endorse the submission sent
to you by Mr Barry Jones our Chairman.
I would also like to recommend that you cull
Badgers on farms where TB has been confirmed by Post mortem on
test failures. Also where the disease has been confirmed in Badger
Post Mortems.
Our farm has been under restrictions for over
two years and we have just had another 28 test failures and feel
that it is vital that something is done with the badgers soon.
If it is possible to submit oral evidence to
your committee I would very much appreciate the opportunity to
do so.
