Gloucestershire County Council would like to express its strong concerns to the forthcoming Inquiry regarding the increasing incidents of severe outbreaks on the County Council's 9,000 acre Rural Estate and would like to see more urgent action taken for cases outside the triplet experiment areas, particularly in the Berkeley Vale area of the County.

  This should in no way detract from the Government's current proposals for the implementation of the recommendations contained in the Krebs Report.
