Letter to the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards

I have sent across by separate cover a letter of 14 July from Price Waterhouse Coopers.

The fact that no payment was made to me by Hollis has already been confirmed. However, there was an invoice from Pergamon to Hollis in respect of "management charges" and since I was a director of Pergamon at the time it might have been thought that Pergamon made a £200,000 payment to me. This new letter confirms that no such payment was made.
