The Committee on Standards and Privileges has agreed to the following Report:

  1. The Committee has considered the memorandum from the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards relating to the complaint by Mrs Lynn Riley of Chepstow, Monmouthshire, against the Rt Hon Kenneth Clarke, QC, Member for Rushcliffe. The Commissioner's memorandum is appended to this Report.

  2. The Committee agrees with the Commissioner's report.
