The Backbench Business Committee heard this was a matter of national interest which Members across the House would wish to debate.

Cycling (Member in charge: Dr Julian Huppert).

The Committee heard this was an issue of cross-party appeal and of topical public interest following the recent launch of The Times ‘Cities fit for cycling’ campaign.
